North Seattle Community College can help you advance toward your career in Engineering or Computer Science. You can find specific information here about course work, prerequisites, and programs that transfer to the University of Washington and other 4-year institutions. These courses transfer to bachelor degree programs in engineering and computer science.  You can also find career information on these pages.

Entrance into the Computer Science program begins with MAT 098 (Intermediate Algebra).  You can then take 1, 2, or 3 quarters of computer science courses as required by your major.  For more information, see Computer Science.

Entrance into the Engineering Transfer program begins with MAT 124 (Calculus with Analytic Geometry II) and PHY 201 (Engineering Physics).  You can then take a sequence of  three mechanical engineering courses, and one electrical engineering course.  For more information, see Engineering Transfer.
